[Pharmacological action]
PROSTAT prevents the transformation of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone
(DHT), and it may block both leukotrien and prostaglandin synthesis.

[Dosage and administration]
.The recommended dose is one tablet twice a day, the course
of treatment is 3 - 6 months, or consult your doctor.
Although rapid improvement is expected, 6 months of therapy
with PROSTAT is recommended to validate a significant response.
Longer time therapy with PROSTAT is also recommended if necessary.
PROSTAT may be taken with or without food and no dosage alternations
are required for patients with renal dysfunction and aging.

PROSTAT has been extremely well tolerated. Only few people will
have symptoms such as mild meteorism, heartburn and nausea.
