Active Ingredients: Water - soluble pollen extract P5, fat -soluble pollen extract EA10. [Description]
Film - coated tablet, tinny yellow - brown spots on surface. Yellowish inside after ripping off its coating.

[Pharmacological action]
PROSTAT prevents the transformation of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), and it may block both leukotrien and prostaglandin synthesis.

[Indications]
For the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia and chronic non - bacteria prostatitis

[Dosage and administration]
.The recommended dose is one tablet twice a day, the course of treatment is 3 - 6 months, or consult your doctor.
Although rapid improvement is expected, 6 months of therapy with PROSTAT is recommended to validate a significant response. Longer time therapy with PROSTAT is also recommended if necessary.
PROSTAT may be taken with or without food and no dosage alternations are required for patients with renal dysfunction and aging.
[Adverse reaction]
PROSTAT has been extremely well tolerated. Only few people will have symptoms such as mild meteorism, heartburn and nausea. These symptoms will disappear when treatment stops.

[Contraindications]
PROSTAT is not for use by children and those with hypersensitivity.

1. Clinical evaluation for conditions such as infection, urethral stricture, prostatic calculi, bladder neck sclerosis, cancer or other prostatic disorders which might imitate BPH should be made prior to initiation PROSTAT therapy.
